We take our candidate management very seriously  and for us you are as much of a client as the businesses that we work with.  There are a number of steps in our processes.

First of all we listen to you to find out what you are looking for and hear about your skills and experience in your own words.  At this point we’ve already started thinking about which of our clients we believe will present you with the best opportunities.  We will always try and arrange a face to face meeting with you if possible.

After we have considered your CV, we will advise you on how to best represent yourself on paper for the role(s) we think are in line with your experience and expectations.

Candidate profiles

For each suitable vacancy, we build a candidate profile around your CV, which is a comprehensive document representing you to the prospective employer.

Interview briefing

We will brief you comprehensively on the organisation, the role, the interviewers and the likely structure of the interview.  If necessary, we are able to offer pre interview coaching.

Post interview

We will endeavour to give comprehensive feedback on your interview performance.  During this debrief we will get your own thoughts on feelings on the business and the people involved; this will later be fed back to the client.

Acting in a co-ordination role between yourself and the prospective employer, we will advise you on the offer and take any questions or concerns you may have back to the employer.  We will negotiate salary and benefits on your behalf and will ensure that you understand your offer of employment and the ensuing contract.

Once you have begun your new role, we will keep in touch with you on a regular basis to ensure that all is well – in fact we’d like to keep in contact with you throughout your career!

We also work with jobseekers to give advice on writing CVs, on interview techniques and how to differentiate yourself as highly employable individual within a competitive market.  We can even providing coaching in presentation skills, employment readiness and promoting your transferable skills if you are new to the job market or have recently been made redundant.  Refer to our Knowledge Centre and sign up for our regular email newsletter.
